About Bulk Background Remover
Bulk Background Remover is made by Vincent, one independent developer. There is no team and no investor behind it. I built it because every bulk background remover I tried either uploaded my photos or charged me every month.
How the tool treats your photos
The cut-outs are made on your own computer. Your photos are never uploaded, so there is nothing to store, sell or leak, and closing the tab clears them. The privacy policy lists the few things that do go over the network: license checks for Pro, and anonymous counts of how the tool is used, with no cookies and no images.
It is free for up to 40 photos per batch, with no sign-up and no watermark. Pro costs $29 once, with a 14-day refund; the pricing page lists what it adds.
How the guides are written
The PNG transparency guides (9 so far) answer the questions people ask when a cut-out goes wrong. Each one links its sources: format specifications from the W3C and MDN, and help pages from the makers of the apps involved. Each guide shows the date it was last checked. Marketplace pages quote the marketplace's own help pages with the date they were read.
